A second consecutive project of YMDRAB was awarded a prize for quality implementation

The Bulgarian Ministry of Education and Science and the Human Resources Development Center awarded YMDRAB for quality implementation of the project "Let me be One of You!" BG13/A4.3/012/R1 within "Youth in Action" Programme.

The official award ceremony of the best beneficiaries was held on 12.16.2014 in hotel "Sofia Hotel Balkan" during the Annual Valorisation Conference of programmes "Lifelong Learning", "Youth in Action" and "Erasmus +".

It was attended by Ms. Milena Damyanova - Chairman of the Committee on Education and Science in the National Assembly of the Republic of Bulgaria, Mrs. Vanya Kastreva and prof. Kostadin Kostadinov - Deputy Ministers of Education and Science, Mr. Kalin Kamenov - Deputy Minister of Youth and Sports, Mrs. Laura Mahlelieva-Clarkson - Executive Director of the Human Resources Development Center, Mr. Ivan Modev - Director of General Directorate "Structural Funds and international educational programs" and other official guests.

The attendees were greeted with a video message from Mr. Antonio Silva Mendes - Director of Education and Vocational Training Directorate General for Education and Culture of the European Commission.

YMDRAB was awarded a certificate and a plaque certifying the quality implementation of the project funded by the "Youth in Action". The awards were presented by Mr. Kalin Kamenov - Deputy Minister of Youth and Sports to Mr Yonko Dodev - Vice-President of YMDRAB.

We are very happy that for the second consecutive year our project within "Youth in Action" Programme was excellent for quality implementation. We recall that in last year our project "Let's give a helping hand!" received the prize "Best Practice 2012".

These prizes are a high praise and recognition for our youth work and make us proud of the results achieved. They give us strength and motivation to continue to work in support of rural youth ... and hope that next year, this year's project "Bridges for ideas and practices" will receive a similar award by the new program "Erasmus +". :)
