Training for FOREST project management team



Training for management team members of projects funded under the Second call of Interreg-IPA Cross-border cooperation Programme Bulgaria – Serbia took place in Sofia on 4 June. Two members of FOREST project team took part in the training course - Yonko Dodev (project manager) and Chief. Asst. Prof. Dr. Plamen Glogov (project technical assistant by the Forest Research Institute – BAS).

Lecturers in the training were representatives of the Joint secretariat and the First level control of the Programme. The trainings covered the following topics:

  • Technical and financial project implementation;
  • Financial Management and First level control process;
  • Public procurement;
  • Communication and Visibility;
  • Beneficiary portal practical training.

During the workshops the FOREST project team members had the opportunity to ask questions regarding the project management and implementation.

The project is co-funded by EU through the Interreg-IPA CBC Bulgaria–Serbia Programme.
